Macramé Queen

How often do we dream of lazy days at home?

Quarantine granted our wishes, providing us with lots of opportunities to enjoy lazy days at home. So why did it feel like we were being sentenced to time with a plea of temporary insanity?

In the same house your kids run around crazy, or your cooking turns into a disaster, or that one annoying light bulb keeps flickering. It can be difficult to transform such home into a peaceful and tranquil environment suited for those in need of a lazy day.

One Queen, close to my heart, found the perfect solution in the form of modern-day macramé’s. My cousin, Catriona Piper, founded With Love Lillias – a handcrafted macramé interior business from her home, here in Prestwick, Scotland.

I invite you to light a candle, get cosy, and read the story of With Love Lillias. While imagining the addition of beautiful macramé’s within your new and improved home.

With Love Lillias originated by investing in small, affordable and environmentally friendly ways to make a particularly mundane experience feel slightly more special and unique. The process starts by collecting reclaimed driftwood from Scotland’s most picturesque beaches, then handcrafting each design tailored to the requests of the customer.

The bespoke and custom-made quality of each macramé allows for them to be displayed all around your home. Whether that be as a decorative headboard, a combination of macramé and plants in order to introduce an earthy feel, or a simple candle holder. There is one for you!

If you haven’t already fallen in love with the idea of theses macramé’s, here are some gorgeous photo reviews from lots of happy customers.
